General Refund Policy
We offer refunds under specific circumstances, provided the conditions outlined in this policy are met. Please read carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, personalised items (including custom wall art and personalised wedding stationery) are non-refundable. This includes any orders where customisation or personalisation (such as names, dates, or specific designs) has been requested.
Exceptions:

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, a refund or replacement will be offered.

If the product received does not match what was ordered (e.g., wrong design, size, or product type), we will gladly assist with a return or refund.
Returns and Refunds for Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalised wall art, we accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Once your return request is received we will contact the third party company to raise the complaint and request for a refund. We will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is accepted.
We do not accept returns of personalised products other than if they meet the criteria below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. To initiate a claim:

Once we verify the issue, we will contact the third party company to raise the complaint and request for a refund. We will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is accepted. We will also offer a reorder/delivery of the product if you prefer this.
Return Shipping Costs

For non-personalised items, if you are returning a product for reasons other than damage or defect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Once your return is received and inspected:

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of being online only.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately at fmadesignscreations@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We currently do not ship internationally.
