Welcome to FMA Designs Creations! This Digital Product Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all downloadable files and digital products sold or distributed through our platform. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our digital products, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All items offered by FMA Designs Creations are digital files and non-physical goods delivered electronically. These may include, but are not limited to:

• PNG, JPG, PDF, files

• Printable wall art or stationary

• Templates and graphics

• Digital design elements or bundles

No physical items will be shipped. All purchases are final.

2. Order Processing and File Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive a download link via email.

• In the case of bundled items, files may be compressed into a ZIP folder; ensure you have compatible software to extract these.

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a file is downloaded, the sale is considered final.

We will, however, consider the following exceptions:

• Duplicate purchases: Refund or store credit may be issued.

• Corrupt or non-functioning files: A corrected file will be provided upon verification.

• Wrong file type delivered: We will send the correct format if it was listed in the product description.

Please report any issues within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

4. License Terms & Usage Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital products from FMA Designs Creations come with a Standard Personal Use License and a Limited Commercial Use License.

A. You MAY:

• Use digital files for personal projects (crafts, gifts, home decor, etc.).

• Modify the files for your own use (personal or commercial).

B. You MAY NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the digital files in any form.

• Sell or share modified versions of the file.

• Claim ownership or authorship of our designs.

• Use the files for obscene, hateful, or illegal material.

Extended Licenses:

If you require broader usage rights (e.g., unlimited units, Printing on Demand licensing, or agency use), please contact us for a custom Extended Commercial License Agreement.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, please ensure:

• You understand the file format you’re purchasing (e.g., SVG for cutting machines like Cricut, PDF for printing).

• You have the necessary software and hardware to open and use the files.

• You read the full product description, including licensing terms and included file types.

FMA Designs Creations is not responsible for compatibility issues related to the buyer's equipment or software.

6. File Issues & Troubleshooting

If your downloaded files are not opening or appear corrupted:

• Try downloading again using a different browser or device.

• Make sure you are using the appropriate software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator for SVGs, Adobe Acrobat for PDFs).

• Ensure any ZIP folders are properly extracted.

If the issue persists, email us with your order number, screenshot (if applicable), and a description of the problem.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All designs, graphics, and templates are the intellectual property of FMA Designs Creations and are protected under international copyright law.

• Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

• Legal action may be taken against violations of this policy.

This policy is subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to review the policy before each purchase. Continued use of our digital products implies agreement to the most recent version of this policy.
