By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

 

Order Processing Time

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review the details and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Delivery times are calculated separately.

• Personalised Orders: If your order includes customised or personalised items (such as custom wall art or wedding stationery), please allow an additional 2 business days for processing for wall art and 7-10 days for wedding stationery, as these items require additional time to create.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options to ensure that you receive your order in the most convenient and timely manner. The delivery times below are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Shipping Options:

• Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10 business days after processing.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6-7 business days after processing.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days after processing.

Please note that all delivery options may not be available for all orders depending on the product chosen. Also, delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

All orders will be placed and shipping will be from a chosen third party company direct to your home.

International Shipping Costs

Unfortunately we are not currently offering international shipping. You can get digital prints to print to minimise the shipping costs in international locations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order, and the destination address. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £40 (based on your location).

• International Shipping Fees: This is not currently on offer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, in most circumstances you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment and its estimated delivery date.

The tracking numbers are provided by a third party so if this is disclosed this will be shared. 

 

Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to ensure that all orders arrive on time, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, especially during peak periods or due to weather conditions.

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at fmadesignscreations@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking down the shipment.

​Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a solution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Please provide the following information when contacting us:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

• Description of the damage or issue

 

Changes to Your Order or Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Unfortunately due to the nature of peronalisation and shipping, we are unable to accept changes once the order has been placed.
