The Complete Suite: A comprehensive package including the invitation, save the date (both card and magnet), RSVP, menu, itinerary, and details card—designed to create a cohesive and memorable experience for your guests.
Each invitation arrives beautifully packaged and ready for your special day. Finished with a vellum belly band, wax seal, and floral embellishment, each set adds a touch of elegance to your celebration. Your invitations come with a custom outer envelope, plus plain envelopes for your Save the Date and RSVP cards — all neatly prepared and packaged in a presentation box ready for delivery.

Sample packs are not personalized, but they do include a variety of paper types to help you compare and choose the perfect option for your invitations. See the back of each invitation for the paper type.

Wedding Stationary Sample Pack
Due to the nature of our products, personalised items (including custom wall art and personalised wedding stationery) are non-refundable. This includes any orders where customisation or personalization (such as names, dates, or specific designs) has been requested.
Exceptions:
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, a refund or replacement will be offered.
If the product received does not match what was ordered (e.g., wrong design, size, or product type), we will gladly assist with a return or refund.
⏳ Production Timeline
Each wedding stationery order is thoughtfully crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Since our products are custom-designed to reflect your unique vision, the process includes design customization, proofing, printing, and careful packaging.
If you have chosen no embellishment, your designs will be shipped directly to you. Please allow 1 week for order confirmation before dispatch.
For orders with embellishments, the printed invitations will be delivered to us for final touches. Please allow 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch, ensuring ample time for design, production, and embellishment before your stationery is sent to you.
Delivery Options
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we offer the following shipping options:
Economy Shipping: Delivery within 10 business days.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 6–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 4–5 business days.
This will be the choice that you make when you place the order.
Please note that these delivery times are in addition to the 2–3 week production period. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

For larger orders or during peak wedding seasons, production and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing bulk orders well in advance to accommodate any potential delays. If you have specific deadlines or requirements, please contact us to discuss deadlines.
